This company is known for their excellent customer service and outstanding warranties.
Every part and piece of their fitness equipment is guaranteed for life. If your tread belt breaks ten years down the road, they will replace it. If your motor shuts down after 30 years, they will still come fix it for you. They offer lifetime warranty on everything, but they only offer 1 year for labor. However, you will still save so much more money in the long run just by having everything covered.
This company has held its reputation by always catering to every customer’s needs. Customer service is another priority for this company. BodySolid and Endurance actually received the ISO9000:2000, which means they are certified for design, quality, and customer service. This reward is not just granted to any company.
