Home office options include under desk walking treadmills to keep you fit and moving while working at a desk. This expansive lineup features treadmill models for any size home or office. As we review LifeSpan’s treadmills, we’ll take a closer look at all this brand has to offer for your home gym.

LifeSpan Fitness Treadmills

These folding treadmills are some of LifeSpan’s best-selling and highest-rated models. A durable deck and quick top speed make these a great option for anyone who wants to train at home on a folding treadmill.

LifeSpan TR1200i Treadmill

The TR1200i is LifeSpan’s most affordable treadmill. This budget model features a 7” full-color display with three different screens, simple console buttons, and preloaded programs for varied training options. Workout programs include two for heart rate training, five for daily workouts, seven for sports training, and two customizable options. The 21 workout options provide lots of training variables for users at any conditioning level. Despite its budget price, the TR1200i includes many features found on more expensive models including a hydraulic shock system that helps when folding and unfolding the treadmill. It also has a cushioned deck, 2.5HP motor, and a 20” wide by 56” long-running surface. We recommend this treadmill for walking since the motor power and deck size may limit speed or distance running. Also, the max user weight is only 200lbs, which users should consider prior to purchase. However, for petite users who mostly plan to walk, the TR1200i is a good budget option.

  • 20W” x 56”L deck surface
  • 2.5HP Motor
  • .5 – 11MPH Speed range
  • Inclines 15 levels
  • EZFold hydraulic folding system
  • 70” L x 33” W x 55” H footprint
  • 39” L x 33” W x 63” H footprint when folded

LifeSpan TR2000e Electric Folding Treadmill

The LifeSpan TR2000e is our favorite electric folding treadmill. This compact model will fold and unfold electrically with just a push of a button on the console. The TR2000e also has a weight capacity of 300lbs, making it a viable option for many users. The low 8” step-up height, 15 levels of incline, and 2.5HP motor make this excellent for walking. Users with limited mobility or joint sensitivity will also appreciate the comfortable deck and eight compression shocks.

I love the 7” full-color touchscreen on this treadmill. The touchscreen feature is especially handy. It comes preloaded with 17 programs as well as two heart rate programs and two customizable programs for your preferred training modality.
