“The problem with this model is that the price will probably never come down. It remains a collector’s item of sorts. If you have the money to be buying a treadmill based on the design of it, then this does look quite promising. If you want a great looking treadmill at a more affordable price, Smooth offers very nice looking ones at a cheaper price.” -TreadmillReviews.com
“Huge belt surface and high incline make this the most versitile treadmill on the planet!” -Treadmill Doctor
“Overall, the design is a winning concept, and that is why their various models are so popular. Of course, their exposure on “The Biggest Loser” helps.” -Fred Waters
“The X7i Black incline trainer is an excellent option for exercisers who want highly efficient low-impact workouts.” -TreadmillReviews.net
The following reviews come from users that purchased their X7i Incline Trainer from Sears. Read more of their reviews here.
“I have only had my X7i one week, but it is exactly what I wanted with respect to a treadmill experience along with advanced features such as its incline ability and Google maps and wi-fi interactive workouts. I think it is like having a few machines in one, and I couldn’t be happier thus far.”
“What is there not to love about the X7i Nordic treadmill?! It is small and compact which is great for storage, is a great exercise warm-up, and takes me to exotic places. But, probably my favorite thing about the X7i and probably why it is such a great overall work-out, is the fact that the work-outs are always changing and keeping you surprised. I recommend the X7i to anybody looking for a new and fun way to work-out!”
“Great product, whole family is using this item. None of us really likes to run, but with this incline trainer you still can push yourself. The only negative I would give is I would like to have been able to use my HR monitor (garmin edge, or a polar), as the heart rate grip reading, I ignore the readings given by the display on the incline trainer. Would like to be able to get my workout from ifit and plug into one of my training programs. With that said, I still think this is an excellent product and still agree that the purchase meet my expectations.”
The NordicTrack Incline Trainer X7i Black is definitely a better choice than the X5i as far as incline trainers go. But unless you are a hiker or prefer to get a workout through slower, steady paced routines, you could save some money and buy a commercial treadmill. I prefer the X9i, but they are both outstandingly expensive. If you can afford it and love to hike, this treadmill was built for you.
