Steelflex Treadmill Reviews
Steelflex treadmills are imported in Taiwan and are distributed through a sporting goods company in Dallas. Recently, Body-Solid has began including Steelflex treadmills into their range and they are manufactured to the same high standard as Body-Solid’s.
Steelflex is a reliable brand because they are ISO 9000:2000 certified, which means they were rewarded for their quality, design, and customer support. Companies only achieve this reward when complying with top standards and this reward is widely recognized worldwide as a sign of significance.
Steelflex’s line of treadmills are similar to the Endurance line of treadmills and they have a lifetime warranty on most of their parts. A warranty might be nice in this case, because most of the Steelflex treadmills have a poor motor HP. Most of the motors do not even reach 3.0 HP, which is a large disappointment and may turn users away from their company. Unless the motor is guaranteed for life, I would suggest purchasing another line of treadmills.
The Steelflex line of treadmills is produced in Taiwan, which makes some customers worried, because companies have had problems in the past when they get their parts from across seas. Steelflex is similar to Body-Solid in quality, and that makes them seem more appealing, because Body-Solid gets relatively decent reviews. The one downfall to the Steelflex line is that none of their treadmills reach a high HP level, which means you cannot do anything but walk or light jog or else your motor will wear down quickly.
