True Fitness Z5.0 Treadmill Reviews & Ratings
True Fitness Z5.0
Web Price: $3,699.00 | Current Price: $3,699.00
The True Z5.0 is designed to be compact, but doesn’t sacrifice on quality. The belt is only 54″ long, so if you are very tall or have a big stride you may want to go with a treadmill that has a standard size belt. You also might want to go with another treadmill strictly based on the price of this machine. It costs a lot more than most of the residential equipment on the market today, but you must realize that you are really paying for the True name!

Expert Reviews
The experts agree that True builds a nice treadmill, but that their prices are a bit outrageous. Here are a few of their opinions on the Z5.0.
“The maximum weight for this model is 400 lbs, which is surprisingly large for how small the treadmill is… The quality of this is practically flawless. Its too bad that it is priced so high.” -Treadmillreviews.com
“The biggest selling point of this unit is its quiet operation (one of the most quiet treadmills this year) as well as its soft orthopedic belt that comes with True Soft System® deck, which provides cushioning to reduce joint impact and minimize injuries.” -Treadmilltips.com
“The classic design that put True on the map. It is a great design if you want a full-featured, quality treadmill and have limited room. Also is quiet and soft- not bad but what you expect for nearly $4k.” -Treadmill Doctor
User Reviews
It is very hard to find user reviews online for True Fitness treadmills. This makes me a little weary towards them. Usually reviews come from those who are very satisfied or very disappointed, so because reviews are so scarce, I’m thinking that people derive an average amount of happiness from their True machines. I will continue to look out for reviews, and post whenever I can find any!
Conclusion
The True Z5.0 is a good option for anyone who wants an orthopedic belt, and a treadmill that won’t take up too much space. Stay away if you want a full length belt, or a reasonably priced machine. It is a good piece of equipment, but it is a little expensive, and you can get a better treadmill if you research others in this price range. Random trivia for you, if you are a fan of JustJenny.com, she does her “Tales From The Treadmill” updates on the True Z5.0.
