Unfortunately, I'm unable to watch the video you added so I can't hear the sound. It might be that the belt is misaligned and/or needs lubricating. If this doesn't fix it, it might be something with the motor. The warranty should cover this if realigning/lubricating/tightening the belt doesn't fix it.

Great question and we really appreciate your recommendation. We are working on creating more content focused around comparisons to the Peloton Bike and Bike +. Our #1 recommendation compared to the Peloton is the NordicTrack S22i. Another great option instead of the Peloton Bike is the Bowflex C6. This bike has just as much functionality at a fraction of the cost at only about $1000. You can see our video comparison of the Bowflex C6 vs Peloton here. There are a few other bikes that will be worth checking out as well such as the ProForm Studio Bike Pro 22, the MYX bike, and one of Echelon's studio bikes. Walking won't be as effective as running but walking definitely has its benefits and gets your body moving. Getting up and walking on the treadmill is going to be better than sitting and not moving your boday. If you're not able to run, then walking will be the next best thing.
