  1. Thank you. I’ve removed the motor hood and inspected everything. No interference. The sound seems to be from the deck cushioning bounce when level or nearly level.the downward push impact from each step makes the left side “bark.”I just can’t find the spring or hydronic part that needs lubricant. I’ve opened a support ticket with iFit and will hopefully get this guy a little quieter for those early morning workout while the house sleeps. I uploaded the video to YouTube. Here it is:

  3. My ProForm 2000 is about four months old and straight out of the box has made a rather loud seal bark sound when at a jog/run pace at inclines between 1% and - 1%. There’s no sound at a walking pace or at any pace with incline above 1% or below -1%. What do I need to lubricate, tighten or adjust to stop this noise when the deck is at or near level? Video of sound attached for reference. IMG_2407.MOV
  4. I purchased an AmazonBasics mat a few months ago to go on our hardwood floors. I’m satisfied with it!
  5. I went ahead and purchased a ProForm with the free month promotion. When I opened the box to assemble there was a card inside with the manual for the free year of iFit! Whoop! Now that I’ve been using the ProForm for a few months I’m in complete love. Definitely will maintain the subscription after my free year.
  6. Which app to use, depends on what you’re looking for and on who you ask. My two cents (which may be very different from the next person’s.) Do you want guided outdoor scenic runs? iFit is your app with the NordicTrack x32i or x22i treadmill. Do you want a powerful studio running dance party on your treadmill? Peloton is your app with the Peloton Tread. Again this is all subjective. I’d suggest downloading both apps with their free trail offers and watching a few classes on your tablet at your local gym. That’ll give you a feel for their differences and lead you to the treadmill that best supports that training app.
  7. There’s an Android app available and according to Sole: The SOLE Fitness App works with our Bluetooth enabled machines and is compatible with most Android and iOS systems. The app turns your device into a control centre for your workout that also records your workout data to help track your performance over time. This data can be transferred to other open source fitness applications, such as Fitbit, iHealth, RECORD, and MapMyFitness, to keep all your stats in one place for easy management. You can use other applications on your device while the SOLE Fitness App runs in the background meaning you can watch a movie or check your email while you exercise and your workout tracker will not miss a step!
  8. I’ve done my research (watched a ton of Review Guru videos) and decided on a new treadmill, but here’s the catch: lots of videos reference one year free of iFit included with the ProForm or NordicTrack treadmills, but all current promotions are only for 30 days of iFit. Do they cycle promos back to one year fairly often? I can wait a month or two if anyone is familiar with their promo cycles and there’s a reasonable chance the one year offer will make a return for 2022.
