I noticed that in all your reviews you ask who is this piece of equipment for.Could you also add an age specific category??I feel like some workout equipment may be suited for certain age specific or goal oriented groups of people.

We do not list an age category because any piece of equipment can be suitable for individuals in any age group. While older individuals may often prefer a recumbent bike or elliptical, this is not always the case. I have a 70 year old neighbor who can out-row people half his age. We do however, list features that may make a certain piece of equipment preferable for specific individuals such as cushioning, low step-up height, and ease to get on and off.

Not as an expert by any means, but as someone who has frequented the gym semi-regularly for about 15 years now, I see people of all ages, shapes, and sizes on treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, and rowers. As long as you use the machine/equipment appropriately, and know the limitations of your body (stability, flexibility, strength), any piece of equipment or any cardio machine should be suitable for any person.
