Sonia
I wanted to know why just cycling at home for distance and time is not considered working out; and having to measure watts and rpm’s is part of the equation. Why does it all seem to have become so complicated recently?? Kristen - Guru Team
There's a wide demographic of cyclists, some of whom enjoy the additional stats of wattage and power output. However, you can get a great workout without measuring your wattage or rpm's. A simple indoor bike would work great for just cycling at home. The Schwinn IC4 is a good option.
