Ally
Running or walking on incline is known to burn more calories but are there are risks with it being make prone to cause joint pain or injury? And is it better to run incline on a treadmill versus outside hiking uphill?
matthew.guru
Running and walking at an incline definitely increases the intensity of the workout and the calorie burn. There are actually more risks or more impact put on your joints when you run on the treadmill vs walking on the treadmill. You will get a better workout if you run at an incline but ultimately, walking at at incline or just walking in general, is easier on your joints than running will be.
