Sole 63 vs 80 rollers

The rollers don't affect the cushioning as much as impact the overall functionality of the belt. Larger rollers have a larger surface area, so they are able to grab the belt and move it along with less friction. You'll notice more expensive treadmills tend to have larger rollers. The cushioning is based more on the composite structure of the deck and rebound system designed to absorb impact. The Sole F80 does have more cushioning than the Sole F63.
