ICON Health & Fitness headquartered in Logan, Utah is the parent company of NordicTrack, ProForm, iFit, and FreeMotion. Recently, ICON announced it has changed its corporate name to iFIT Health & Fitness (“iFIT”). Previously, iFIT was the brand name of the software platform featured on ICON products such as NordicTrack treadmills. As the company looks ahead at expanding further into various platforms, the name iFIT reflects an emphasis on a connected fitness experience that spans various machines and formats.

Currently, iFIT has more than 5 million members in 120 countries. iFIT content is featured on interactive fitness equipment from treadmills to bikes to rowers and ellipticals.

“As we begin our next chapter of leadership in the health and wellness industry, we are elevating the name of our operating system to become our global corporate name,” says Scott Watterson, Founder, Chairman and CEO of iFIT Health & Fitness. “This name change reflects our focus on providing state-of-the-art fitness technology solutions to as many people as possible.”

iFIT brands include NordicTrack, ProForm, and Freemotion. As interactive fitness has become synonymous with home-fitness equipment, we anticipate more live and on-demand content available on all iFIT devices at the touch of a button. Recently, iFit introduced The Vault, a stand-up resistance machine that provides strength workouts on a reflective, free-standing mirrored cabinet.
