Getting the best deal for equipment for NordicTrack’s cardio equipment just got easier with the NordicTrack+ Program. Whether you enjoy hiking through remote parts of Equador on your treadmill, rowing across the blue waters of French Polynesia, rollerblading in Miami on your elliptical or taking bike boot camp HIIT intervals with your favorite instructor, you now can get the most out of iFit while getting a piece of cardio equipment from NordicTrack for FREE!

Sounds sweet right? Let me explain.

NordicTrack+ Program

What Is The NordicTrack+ Program?

If you aren’t familiar with iFit, here’s a brief overview. iFit is the subscription training content that is available on equipment from NordicTrack. If you see a touch screen mounted to a NordicTrack treadmill or exercise bike, it displays iFit. iFit costs $39 per month. When you subscribe to iFit, you get access to a robust library of on-demand trainer-led classes. These classes are offered in a variety of disciplines from running, walking, hiking, elliptical training, biking, rowing, strength training, meditation, and yoga. These classes are led by knowledgeable instructors who guide you through workouts that are filmed all over the world and in professional studio environments.

iFit is really a well-rounded training program that works your entire body and mind. So, what does it have to do with the NordicTrack+ Program?

The NordicTrack+ Program is the opportunity to pay for 4 years of iFit while getting your choice of either a specific treadmill, exercise bike, rower, or elliptical from NordicTrack for free. Yes, free. You just need to pay for iFit’s family membership for 4 years. The family membership allows you to have up to 5 profiles and is $39 per month. So, $39 per month for 48 months is $1,872. This is the amount that you pay over the course of 4 years.

Note: There are only certain models of equipment available to choose from with the NordicTrack+ Program. Also, you can only choose one of these pieces of equipment to take advantage of the NordicTrack+ Program. The models are subject to change as well.

Pros Of The NordicTrack+ Program

What makes the NordicTrack+ Program worth it, is that you are essentially only paying for iFit while getting to use and keep the NordicTrack equipment. Instead of purchasing say, a NordicTrack Treadmill, and having to pay for iFit in addition to the treadmill, you only have to pay for the iFit monthly subscription.

This is a great deal if you love iFit’s content and want a piece of equipment that displays it. We recommend checking out the NordicTrack+ Program if you are on a budget and aren’t looking for the most premium model from NordicTrack.

Cons Of The NordicTrack+ Program

As I mentioned above, you are limited to choosing one piece of equipment and there are only certain models offered through the NordicTrack+ Program. This means that you’ll have just one treadmill, exercise bike, elliptical, and rower to pick from.

This also means that you can’t choose from any of NordicTrack’s equipment. For instance, you won’t be able to get the NordicTrack X32i Incline Trainer free through the program. Only models that say “free with a 4-year membership” on NordicTrack’s website are available to take advantage of this deal. So, if you’re looking for a treadmill that has specific features and specs, you might not find exactly what you’re looking for through the NordicTrack+ Program.

Free Equipment Through The NordicTrack+ Program

Now, let’s get into what free equipment you can choose from with the NordicTrack+ Program.

Free NordicTrack Treadmill

Treadmills from NordicTrack are some of the best treadmills on the market. In our experience thoroughly testing NordicTrack treadmills, you can expect a functional machine with plenty of capabilities. Although the free NordicTrack treadmill that is available through the NordicTrack+ Program can change depending on inventory and what NordicTrack has to offer, you can expect to get a quality machine that’s easy to adjust and has forgiving cushioning.

Free NordicTrack Exercise Bike

NordicTrack exercise bikes are especially unique and fun to ride. In addition to quiet magnetic resistance, they have an attached motor that allows the frame of the bike to shift up and down. This incline and decline function resembles riding up and down hills outdoors and really makes for an engaging and challenging ride. With a free NordicTrack exercise bike, you can expect a hearty bike that adjusts its grade to match your iFit class.

Free NordicTrack Rower

Rowers provide a total body workout that’s also low impact. When you shop the NordicTrack+ Program, you’ll have the choice of a free NordicTrack rower that is interactive and storable. Rowers are long machines, so this is especially helpful if you’re limited on space. Front transportation wheels and a quiet belt drive are staples of rowing machines from NordicTrack.

Free NordicTrack Elliptical

The free NordicTrack elliptical offered through the NordicTrack+ Program will have a heavy flywheel to create a smooth stroke and an adjustable stride. So, even though the free elliptical model offered might change periodically, know that you’ll be getting a hearty, capable machine.

Bottomline: NordicTrack+ Program

All in all, the NordicTrack+ Program is a great deal. If you’re on a budget and are looking for interactive subscription workout programming, the Plus Program is absolutely worth it. iFit is a complete training program that can be utilized as a replacement for your gym membership. Plus, you can take advantage of only paying for iFit while taking home a participating treadmill, exercise bike, rower, or elliptical from NordicTrack for free! This is definitely a win, win in our book and we highly recommend checking it out if you are looking for a quality cardio machine to use with iFit.
